Product Details ofHigh Temperature Bearing

Designed to improve reliability, reduce complexity and lower environmental impact, high temperature bearings and bearing units operate at temperatures up to 350 °C (660 °F), making these products ideal for kiln cars, roller hearth ovens and bakery applications. As high temperature bearings correspond to ISO dimensions for grease lubricated bearings, production efficiencies and cost savings can be achieved by simply replacing SKF bearing solutions.

Application:

 

1.Hot air furnace/dryer: Bearings must withstand continuous high-temperature airflow and resist thermal expansion and grease volatilization.
2.Glass manufacturing: Conveyor rollers near the furnace, the ambient temperature can reach above 200°C.
3.Ceramic sintering line: Kiln car bearings must be resistant to high temperatures and dust.
4.Reactor stirring shaft: Contact with corrosive media (such as acid mist) + high temperature (150~250°C).
5. Continuous casting machine guide rollers: High-temperature radiation + cooling water splashing environment in steel plants.
6. Sterilization equipment: High-pressure steam sterilizer (120~150°C hot and humid environment).
7. Baking machinery: Oven chain transmission parts must be compatible with food-grade grease.
8. Boiler auxiliary equipment: induced draft fan, smoke exhaust valve and other high-temperature rotating parts.
9. Waste incinerator: High-temperature resistant and anti-corrosive gas (such as SO₂).
10. Automobile turbocharger: High speed + local high temperature (need to be used with cooling system).
